The Certificate shows that you are working with a Minority Outreach Organization, and that you are utilizing a third party to help you with your outreach mandates. You can post the certificate in a prominent space for everyone to see.
A copy of the certificate should be part of your Affirmative Action Plan documentation.
This certificate identifies us as the third party that helps you with your outreach and positive recruitment. When we are contacted, we will confirm to the OFCCP that you are working with us and supply an explanation of all the services that we provide for you.
