- Do you have documentation showing your Good Faith Efforts in outreach to Women, Minorities, Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities?
- Are you linked to a pool (website) rich in Minority candidates nationwide?
- When is the last time you updated your written Affirmative Action Plan?

Affirmative Action - essential components
- Are you prepared for 1E02, ‘Missing AAP Elements’?
- Do you have a check-list to cover the record retention requirements under §60-1.12?
- Do you have the self-identification form for individuals with disabilities as required by §60-741.42 ?
- Are you able to “describe your outreach efforts”, as required under 2M01 ?
- Have you been given ‘necessary support from senior management and staff to implement your affirmative action program’, as required under §60-741.44 ?
- Do you already have accounts with your State Job Board, Career-One-Stop-Centers and others?
- How many sources do you have in your written AAP to show that you engage in outreach efforts?
- What efforts are you making to reach the utilization goal of 7% for qualified individuals with disabilities, as required under §60-741.45?
- Do you have links to Section 503 and VEVRAA in your AAP?
- Have you downloaded the latest version of the FCCM yet?
